This Is The One – Kauai Real Estate Book Review

This is where you can get lots of money by getting cheap houses, as foreclosures mount over and over again month after month. This book guides you through pre-foreclosures and being able to negotiate before it hits the foreclosure market. The author offers his email address so you can ask any question you may have regarding the process. I, in fact, did have a question so I sent Mr Lucier an email. Through, complete and to the point. Warning, Read The Reviews – San Francisco Real Estate Book Review

Thomas J Lucier is someone who delivers on his promise. It is not easy to write this type of “manual”. Sadly, there are many people who make way too much money telling others how easy it is to be rich overnight. I have taken some of those courses and gleaned some good ideas.
