Backyard Pics and Details

As you can see, the house needs cosmetic improvements.  Also, see that brown building? That's the 5th unit; it's a legal "cabin".  More on this later.

Here's a view of the left side of the house:

See that ugly "70's-bathroom-green" siding?  The contractor next door says that it'll look much better after he pressure washes it.

Those stairs lead up to the top unit (the best one).  Under the stairs is the access to the laundry room in the basement (which is free, btw; there's no coin washer/dryer down there, so this might be a good opportunity to add them...?

Also, see the lack of grass here?  The trees block out the sun here, so grass just won't grow on this side.  I was thinking of putting down some gravel just to make it sort of nicer to walk on....

With this angle and close-up, it becomes apparent that there's a need for some paint.
