Back Unit

This unit also doesn't need any work.  The last people moved out in August and I didn't have to do any upgrades.  A young single guy lives there now.  He is very quiet and normal and has a good normal job.  Good sense of humour.

Here's the living room. Nice, huh? Lots of book space and a working fireplace.
